据PetaPixel报道，私募股权公司Axcel计划通过拍卖出售摄影软件Capture One。2019年Axcel收购Phase One及Capture One后分拆，现拟先卖Phase One再卖Capture One。财报显示Phase One 2024收入大幅下滑并亏损，Capture One则保持盈利。Axcel已委托Stifel启动拍卖。
